Cassoulet Lunch

In November 2023, La Table des Amis de Provence offered “Cassoulet Lunch” to members and friends.

A convivial autumn lunch was devoted to cassoulet, the slow-cooked speciality of the Languedoc traditionally combining white beans with preserved meats. The event continued La Table’s exploration of the food traditions of southern France.
