Data, purposes and legal bases

Sources of data
Data comes from you, from HelloAsso when you use a membership or registration form, and from the association’s historical membership and mailing lists. Historical imports are reviewed before they enter the canonical directory.
Recipients and processors
Only authorised Board members access data needed for their role. Relevant service providers may include our host, email provider and HelloAsso for memberships, registrations and payments. HelloAsso also processes some data under its own responsibility when you use its services.
Proposal follow-up questions
We may send a proposal’s title, description, dates and planning answers to OpenAI to prepare follow-up questions. Contact fields, internal notes and participant lists are excluded. Avoid sensitive personal information in the description. Questions may be emailed automatically; the Board remains responsible for decisions.
Retention
- Contact requests: during follow-up and for no more than 24 months after the last exchange, unless legally required.
- Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn; a minimal suppression record may be retained to honour your choice.
- Membership, events and payments: during the association relationship and then for applicable legal, accounting and limitation periods.
- Technical logs: only as long as needed for security and diagnosis.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without retrospective effect. Use the Contact page or write to the controller above. We may request proof of identity only where necessary. You may also complain to the CNIL.
Cookies and HelloAsso content
The site uses technical cookies needed for sessions, security and language choice. We do not currently use advertising analytics. Where a HelloAsso form is offered on the page, it loads only after your action; HelloAsso may then set its own cookies and apply its privacy policy.
