Wine and Truffle Dinner

In October 2022, La Table des Amis de Provence offered “Wine and Truffle Dinner” to members and friends.

Not only is Serge the owner of the eponymous Chez Serge restaurant, he was named Sommelier of the Year by the prestigious Gault et Milau 2008 guide. His passion for wine and truffles would be on show this evening with a menu of dishes flavored with the famous truffles of Carpentras paired with the wines of Mount Ventoux which share the same terroir with the elusive tuber melanosporum.
