Wild Boars of Provence

In March 2023, La Table des Amis de Provence offered “Wild Boars of Provence” to members and friends.

You would be practically nose to nose with the domesticated version of the famous wild boars of Provence at a family run farm which was founded by our hosts, Anne and Patrick GAYARD in 1979. Then you would be eating nose to tail at a multi course lunch of farm products paired with wines on the covered terrace of their farmhouse, which is in the hinterlands of Venelles but less than 30 minutes from the center of Aix-en-Provence. Following the meal you can shop in their boutique to take home their excellent terrines, saucissons and frozen meat for later enjoyment. We would limit participation to 20 persons for maximum enjoyment.
