In July 2022, La Table des Amis de Provence offered “Gipsy Soy” to members and friends.
An informal summer evening at Sampado Village in Paluds-de-Noves combined live gypsy music with paella. The setting had the relaxed atmosphere of an adult summer camp, with performers connected to the musical traditions associated with Arles, Tarascon and the wider Camargue.
