In July 2023, La Table des Amis de Provence offered “An apéro/dînatoire and book discussion with the author” to members and friends.

Eygalières 19h30 - 21h30 Monday, 24 July 2023 Julie Scolnik, the flutist whom many of you met at her concert in June, is also the author of a memoir called Paris Blue, set against a backdrop of classical music and Paris in the late 70’s, about the grip of first love and the role of memory in our lives. There would be no charge for this event but she asks that attendees get her book on Amazon.fr or promise to buy one at the event. Reading her book ahead of time would really make the event fun but is not a requirement! Here is a book trailer to entice you.
