- Cellar tour — learn about the vineyards, the winemaking process and Alain Jaume’s philosophy
- Aperitif — 3 canapés + a glass of Viognier on the terrace
- Seasonal lunch at La Table d’Alain Jaume — starter, main, local cheese, dessert + tea/coffee
- 9-wine tasting flight — including some of the domain’s more exclusive wines with a selection chosen from across the Rhône Valley, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Lirac, Tavel, Cairanne, Rasteau, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph and Crozes-Hermitage.
